Forgot LeaveLens Password

Microsoft sign-in is separate from your LeaveLens password.

If your school requires Microsoft Entra sign-in, resetting a LeaveLens password will not change your Microsoft password or enable local access to that school. Return to login and choose Sign in with Microsoft.

LeaveLens password reset steps

Follow the steps below to securely regain access to your account.

Enter the email address associated with your LeaveLens account.
If a matching account exists and at least one of your schools permits local LeaveLens password sign-in, an email with reset instructions will be sent.
Open the email and follow the secure reset link.
Set your new LeaveLens password and sign in again. Schools that require Microsoft Entra will still require Microsoft sign-in.
